Not forcing players to be hardcore does NOT mean circus raids.

It does mean however, all of the above:

Reliefs

- You are not made to attend any particular number of raids. However if you do not attend any of them you will be demoted to Social.
- You are not made to perform exceptionally, you are expected to not underperform in your gear. However if you fail to learn from your mistakes or if someone better is at our disposal then they will be preferred.
- You are not made to prepare for the raids regarding consumables.

Obligations

- If you do sign up for a raid then YOU HAVE TO BE THERE. I cannot stress this enough.
- If you come in a raid, it is ABSOLUTELY MANDATORY that you stay for the full duration of it.
- If you come in a raid, you should know the tactics beforehand.
- If you come in a raid, you must join the guild's Ventrilo server.
