Karahzan, gruul, The eye, BT, Hyjal, SC (didnt see to much of this myself), SW to brutallus.

80 as Prot War, started 80 as priest cleared naxx and quitted wow, came back when icc was out on war.
Naxx, OS25, that instance with 3 adds (firewalls), Icc10 8/12, icc25 8/12. probably missing some instances on 80 that i done.

Pff to Many, i'll just list the main ones. was guild leader of the guild Hellspawn with frends on Suntrider made it to naxx first wing. 2th guild on server.
quitted near the start of 70, guild kinda disbanded after me and some frends quitted to.
70 Fatality horde laughin skull did most stuff, officer in frend guild. (same guys as 60), oh well did all the 70 stuff in this guild i quess.
frends quit playing near end 70 ye it been around 4 years.

A few words about you:

i'm Bjorn, currently not doing much in life, just got kicked from work, no renewed contract, as i am a buildingconstructor, the crisis has struck the sector and is still affected.
since i have a reasonable amount of money, i'm sitting it out, instead of changing to a shit job changing sector, blabla. basically comes to all the time in the world for wow. whatt do i do besides wow,
well keep the body in shape. do some bodybuilding or however u wanna call it nothing professional, do some snowboarding aswell. anyway to much bullshit already.

i can be abit inpatient with people that fuckup 240.000.000 times. u get the idea.
